Another great Pinoy filmmakers,  Melissa “Aissa”  Peñafiel and Miguel Ocampo, won among  hundreds of contestants from different countries in the Democracy Video Challenge in youtube.

The US State Department sponsored this contest.  The benefit of traveling  to New York this September together with 6 other winners will surely give them new opportunities in film making.
